Network Member

Code of Conduct

As a GLG Network Member you play a critical role in accomplishing GLG’s mission to help bring the power of insight to every great professional decision. To ensure that our Network Members and clients have a positive and fulfilling experience when pursuing that mission, we have implemented this Network Member Code of Conduct.

Consistent with GLG’s Terms and Conditions of Network Membership(“Terms and Conditions”), the standards below focus on ensuring that Network Members avoid sharing or misusing confidential information, accurately represent their backgrounds and knowledge, and act with integrity and professionalism. In our experience, most of our Network Members understand these concepts intuitively. But in the rare instance where a Network Member does violate these standards or the Terms and Conditions, it may result in removal from our Network.

This Code of Conduct does not purport to describe all conduct that might result in removal from the Network and should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions. As stated in the Terms and Conditions, GLG may, at its discretion, terminate or limit an individual’s membership in the GLG Network and Member Programs at any time and for any reason.
